Many Colors Group has been commissioned with the management of Amway’s internal meeting ‘Leadership Training Seminar Morocco 2017’. The event, held on May 14-20, gathered more than a thousand distributors from the brand, Amway, one of the world’s largest direct selling corporations.
In this event, Many Colors teams organized the whole logistics during the six days of duration, working in the host country, Morocco, as a Destination Management Company.
Due to such a large audience, guests were divided into two groups of 640 and 440 people, each of them accommodated in different regions of the country: El Jadida and Marrakesh. Both destinations were the focal points of all the activities –internal meetings and incentives- organized for both groups.
The days16th and 18th of May were the chosen dates for the corporate sessions in El Jadida. The different brands integrating Many Colors accomplished the production of the graphic works, flower decoration in the gala dinners, menus, and the design adaptations to the different venue elements and advertising holders.
With the aim that both groups enjoyed both locations, they exchanged destinations on May 17th. With regard to logistics, this involved the coordination of 20 buses and several trucks for material and luggage transportation.
Marrakesh hosted two city tours and two gala dinners. One of these dinners, held in the area El Palmeral where a typical Moroccan camp with different activities displayed some of the finest traditions of this culture. The guests enjoyed various entertainments such as a fantasy horse show, acrobatics, fire-eaters, and folklore dancing. The exotic venue included a chill-out area with shisha pipes, henna-tattoo corners, and an artisan bread workshop.
The second dinner was a gala occasion held at Palais Des Jbilates. The whole space lighting was accomplished by our production teams, who used Amway corporate colors also in the decorative elements. The event guest also enjoyed a belly-dancing show.
